A world premiere from December 26, 2023 to January 31, 2024. Venice is set to host an exceptional exhibition exploring mystery and esotericism as never before.

"Esoterica Exhibition in Venice" will be held at the striking Palazzo Zaguri in Campo San Maurizio and will be open to the public from Dec. 26 to Jan. 31.

The origin of the conspiracists: a historical perspective

Esoterica Exhibition Venice

Curators Stefano Momentè and Maurizio Roccato have spent two years of research and study putting together this extraordinary exhibition.

The exhibition aims to answer age-old questions: have conspiracists always existed? How can we distinguish what is commonly considered "esoteric" from authentic initiatory doctrines?

Unraveling myths and misunderstandings

In the first rooms, the exhibition will address practices commonly associated with esotericism, such as witchcraft and spiritualism.

Visitors will be immersed in history through reproductions of ancient black and white magic writings, objects for spells, and original artifacts from spiritist research.

Documents from the Holy Inquisition on witch hunts will be examined to clarify widespread misunderstandings.

The next part of the exhibition

The next part of the exhibition will explore Freemasonry, Templarism, Martinism, Rosicrucianism, Shamanism, Hermeticism and Alchemy.

Visitors will be led through historical ritual initiations and the true meanings of esoteric doctrines, which are regarded as vehicles of truth for individual and universal salvation.

A centuries-old quest aimed at liberation from evil and spiritual progress.

Hours and practical details

"Esoterica Exhibition" will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
