The pedestrian entrance is at Bacini-Arsenale Nord. If you're coming from the Castello or Arsenale area you can walk over the Celestia footbridge and through Tesa 105.
Walking's a nice option too, it's a peaceful part of Venice & allows you to explore one of its less busy areas.
